Mr. Hastings is a corporate entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He is currently Executive Chairman of Blanco Minerals Inc.. and has previously held senior executive and director positions with several natural resource exploration and development companies and lead them to the production stages.
Mr. Hastings was President and CEO of North Rim Mining Corp., focused on The Montero Verde Project in northern Argentina, which sold to Rio Tinto for $595 million in July 2013. Prior to Montero Verde, Mr. Hastings was the President and CEO of Nimco Resources Inc. where he was the architect of the $930 million friendly takeover of Tilson Resource by Mitsubishi Metal Mining, which closed in June, 2008. Prior to founding Nimco Resources Inc., Mr. Hastings was the founder, President and CEO of Northern Lights Mining Corp., a uranium company that was sold to Sifeng Taiwan for $375 million.

Mr. Ross is founder and CEO of Blanco Minerals Inc. Peter has spent 25 years in the international financial sector working with firms ranging in services from underwriting, mergers and acquisitions, asset management, venture capital and private equity. He has held various positions focused on deal origination and capital raising including as a VP at New York Mellon Bank as well as International Trading Director at Edward Jones Securities. Peter founded Blanco Minerals Inc. after becoming deeply emerged in lithium exploration funding while at New York Mellon Bank
Mr. Bray is a mining engineer with extensive experience in mine development and operation, he has over 20 years experience in the mining industry including six years as General Manager for five Canadian operations including three with Barrick Gold. Most recently he was COO of Conquistador Mining Corp., where he was responsible for the Great Shield gold mine in Quebec. Immediately prior to this he was VP Asia Operations with Eldorado Gold Corporation where he was responsible for the Jinfeng, Tanjianshan and White Mountain gold mines.
General Manager, South America
Mr. Estrada is a chemical engineer with 25 years of experience who formerly built and operated one of the world’s largest lithium brine operations now operated by SQM. As Chief Engineer at SQM in Chile, he successfully led the development, commissioning and operation of SQM’s Atacama projects. He joined Blanco Minerals when SQM and Blanco Minerals finalized the Chilean project partnership.
Tehnical Manager, South America
Mr. Romero, a chemical engineer, was the Engineering & Research Superintendent of SQM in Chile until 2013 when he moved to Blanco Minerals Inc. While at SQM he helped develop expansion and improvement projects including operational plants for lithium carbonate, lithium chloride and the study of new technologies for the production of lithium hydroxide. Mr. Romero is responsible for technical development projects at Lagrange's South America operations.
Mr. Klein is a Chartered Professional Accountant who has held several senior executive positions for various mining companies for over 15 years including most recently Bayford Mining Corp. where he played a key role in its sale to Randgold Resources for $480 million. He was Chief Financial Officer of Beaumont Exploration Ltd. where he was instrumental in raising in excess of $1.1 billion to develop and bring into production the Banquillo Gold Mine. Mr. Klein also previously held the position of senior manager with KPMG, where he led audits of public companies in the mining industry.
